Advisory services in the process of creating Polish Hotel Holding – Poland

In 2018, Horwath HTL supported Chopin Airport Development in the process of creating the Polish Hotel Holding. As part of the consolidation project, dozens of existing accommodation facilities in Poland have been combined. The goal of PHH is to consolidate state owned hotel chains and adjust them to modern standards of hospitality. Horwath HTL’s task was to conduct an in-depth market analysis and feasibility study as well as strategic consultancy for each of the facilities.
