Mystery shopper service in Aquarion Hotel in Zakopane – Zakopane, Poland

Horwath HTL has been hired by a company “Dobry Hotel” to examine the quality of services provided in selected hotels which are managed by “Dobry Hotel”. Research on the quality of services, among others in the Aquarion hotel in Zakopane, was made based on international standards of the hotel industry and taking into account national categorization standards. This made it possible to assess the quality level objectively.
