Operational audits of hotels belonging to Investment Fund – Poland

Horwath HTL conducted for few years operational audits of three hotels in Poland, all operating under international hotel brands, belonging to an international investment fund. Our task was to monitor the operational activity of hotels, supervise FF&E expenses, analyze the market situation and strategic consulting.
